Born in Miami, creative entrepreneur Raquel “Roque” Herring referred to her life in the entertainment industry as a “wild ride." At the tender age of 7, Raquel had theatrical and musical performance ambitions that ultimately  landed her a role on television production, The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" where she was known to fans as “Roque.” Not only an actress but a writer, author of “Falling Up” Raquel sheds light on many challenges throughout her life that was not only an eye-opener, but it humbled her.

“In my experience, the journey in the entertainment industry has been far from easy. I've encountered significant obstacles along the way. One of the most challenging hurdles has been navigating the relentless criticism and disparagement from those closest to me.”
